1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Midnight Precision GmbH (hereinafter "Hotel") and the guest for the provision of hotel accommodation and all related services.
2. Booking & Reservation
A binding contract is formed upon written or electronic confirmation of the booking by the Hotel. The guest undertakes to provide accurate personal data at the time of booking.
3. Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Payment
The total amount is due upon check-in. The Hotel accepts major credit cards and bank transfers. A valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.
6. Liability
The Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to property brought onto the premises unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Hotel staff.
